Toyota Zaventem is looking for an Purchase Assistant with one year experience or a little more.
You do have a work permit for Belgium (non student)
As a Purchase Assistant you are a part of the Process and Systems Team.

Do you want to take part in the development of the car of tomorrow? The Purchasing team at Toyota Motor Europe is able to offer you this challenge. Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products.

You will be located in the Process and Systems team. This team's main responsibility is to ensure Toyota Motor Europe Purchasing systems are running smoothly today and to prepare the Purchasing systems architecture of tomorrow. Also, the team is responsible for compliance with regulation

As part of Process and Systems team, you provide the administrative support working closely with the buyers, engineers in Toyota Motor Europe Purchasing and our suppliers. In more details:

• You process system administrative operations such as user access management, data input / maintenance requests and visualize the status
• You communicate with responsible members (internal / external) to ensure our systems are working well for all users
• You prepare periodic reports by extracting data from systems and creating a summaries
• You coordinate tool tagging activity
• You conduct surveys with our suppliers and Purchasing members, collect data & visualize the status / results
• You support ad-hoc basis projects within the division

Jouw profiel

You have a Bachelor degree

You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe business language)

You have very good communication skills

You have 1 to 2 years experience in Information Systems, Administration and Management support - in a Purchase Department in a multinational

You have highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability

You have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently

• You have very good knowledge/experience of MS Office tools (especially Excel: advanced formulas, pivot table...)
• You are interested and familiar with systems/applications in general
• You have business understanding- affinity with automotive products is an asset
• You have a permit to work in Belgium (non student)
• You can start on very short terms

• Brieven, tabellen, ... invoeren volgens instructies
• Administratieve dossiers samenstellen
  Gegevens, de actualisatie van gegevens, terugzendingen of aanmaningen controleren
• De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen
  Bestellingen plaatsen
• De activiteiten van een team coördineren
• Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren

Hybrid : Toyota Motor Europe Technical Centre in Zaventem and possibility for home office.
